For the low budget price it was an exceptionally large clean room. With good faciities.
Welcomed by Kat, who couldn't have been more helpful. We found all the staff charming and both breakfast and dinner were well cooked and piping hot. Room was spacious and comfortable and we've already booked to stay again next time we're at Donington Park.
Very convenient location and staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are big and spacious. Enjoyed the breakfast and food was delicious. Only downside was the room didn't have table lamps and power sockets next to bedside cupboards. Nowadays everyone carries phones and tablets and charging those devices is a standard practice.
The keg worth hotel looks tired from the outside but inside the rooms are very nice and very warm. We like that there are lots of car parking which is free and all the staff are very helpful. The only thing was there were only two coffee sachets and two tea bags and only four milks but the lady on reception stocked those up so no issues really. This hotel has lots of potential for a more cozy feel like pictures in reception as white walls make it look bare and cold and that is a shame flowers as in artificial to brighten up reception would be nice just needs to be more inviting but we love it.
Stayed one night before early flight from EMA. Too early for breakfast so room only. Had great night's sleep and only 10 mins to airport. Overnight parking but you need to put your car reg in terminal at reception to avoid charges. Friendly staff too
Aleays a friendly face behind Reception. A great stop before a 6am flight! A great choice of food, lots of veggie/vegan dishes in the restaurant. Rooms basic, but very neat, clean and good value. Well Done to the whole team...can't recommend a stay too highly!
Cheap-ish hotel in a great location. 2 minute walk to bus stop for EMA, which is 10 mins away for £3!!! Fairly basic and no frills but it’s what you expect within this price range
Spent the weekend here; a very warm welcome. My partner and I will be back next year. The only issue was one lamp didn't work, and a refrigerator would have been helpful as I had to leave some medication at home. Other than that, it was a great stay.
Booked up on booking.com for the hotel has we had a early departure from EMA. When booking in, Karen on reception said u booked for 2026 not 2025. She said they were very busy, has it was prom time. She looked for a while on the PC. She managed to find 2 apartments for the party of 4 of us . Charged me same price of my booking. She went out and beyond to help us. A asset to you hotel
Easy to book over the phone. Tried to be accommodating with regards a quiet room and was informative about check in over the festive period. No problems.
